TERHEBOH: MTV Movie Awards 2016 Didominasi Star Wars dan Deadpool
LOS ANGELES – Star Wars: The Force Awakens tampil mendominasi pada MTV Movie Awards ke-25. Film arahan J. J. Abrams ini tercatat masuk dalam 11 nominasi disusul oleh Deadpool dengan delapan nominasi dan Avengers di urutan ketiga dengan tujuh nominasi.
Dua pemeran utama The Force Awakens, John Boyega dan Daisy Ridley masuk dalam nominasi untuk kategori Breakthrough Performance sementara trio Deadpool Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin dan Ed Skrein masuk dalam kategori Best Male, Best Female, dan Best Villain.
Untuk kategori Movie of the Year, ada enam film yang akan bersaing memperebutkan juara. Avengers: Age of Ultron, Creed, Deadpool, Jurassic World, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, dan Straight Outta Compton.
