Daftar Pemenang iHeartRadio 2018, dari Ed Sheeran hingga BTS

LOS ANGELES – Setelah pekan lalu digelar Oscar untuk mengapresiasi insan perfilman, minggu ini dihelat iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018. Digelar pada Minggu 11 Maret 2018 waktu setempat, iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 dipandu oleh DJ Khaled dan Hailey Baldwin.

Trofi iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 bisa dikatakan tersebar rata. Tak ada musisi atau grup yang terlalu mendominasi, meski mungkin mereka dinominasikan di sejumlah kategori.

Ed Sheeran berhasil memenangkan trofi untuk kategori Song of the Year lewat Shape of You. Penyanyi asal Inggris ini juga menang di kategori besar lainnya, yakni Male Artist of the Year mengalahkan Bruno Mars, Charlie Puth, Shawn Mendes dan The Weeknd.

Jika Ed menang Male Artist of the Year, Taylor Swift berhasil mengamankan trofi Female Artist of the Year. Penyanyi 28 tahun tersebut membuktikan diri lebih baik dari Alessia Cara, Halsey, Pink, dan Rihanna.

iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 tak hanya memberikan penghargaan kepada musisi-musisi Hollywood. Boyband Korea Selatan yang tengah naik daun di Amerika, Bangtan Boys (BTS), juga merasakan manisnya trofi iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018.

BTS dinobatkan sebagai pemenang Best Boy Band. Fans mereka, Army, juga keluar sebagai pemenang Best Fan Army. Pemenang kedua kategori ini dipilih melalui voting di sosial media.
