Sooyoung 'SNSD' Digandeng James Lee di Single Let's Get Away

SEOUL – Tidak ada yang bisa memberhentikan Sooyoung dalam berkarya di industri hiburan ini. Walau dirinya sedang tidak aktif bersama grup SNSD, tetapi Sooyoung tetap ingin bertemu dengan SONE (sebutan penggemar SNSD) melalui sebuah musik.

Kali ini, perempuan dengan nama lengkap Choi Sooyoung itu dikabarkan akan menjadi pasangan duet James Lee.

Agensi terbaru di mana Sooyoung bernaung, Echo Global Group mengungkapkan kalau memang benar adanya perempuan kelahiran Februari 1991 itu akan menjadi pasangan duet dari James.

Lagu yang akan dirilis oleh James dan dinyanyikan bersama Sooyoung ialah sebuah lagu akustik dengan judul Let’s Get Away. Single ini dijadwalkan akan rilis pada 9 Agustus 2018 mendatang.

James pun menginformasikan secara langsung mengenai keterlibatan Sooyoung di lagu terbarunya. James juga menceritakan bagaimana suara emas Sooyoung terasa sangat pas dengan Let's Get Away.

Bersamaan dengan lagunya, James juga akan merilis video klip untuk Let’s Get Away. Semua itu dapat terjadi karena banyaknya dukungan para penggemar. Dan dirinya sangat bersyukur dan berterimakasih atas itu semua.

Sooyoung pun mengungkapkan kegembiraannya bisa berduet bersama temannya itu. Kekasih Jung Kyung Ho ini secara personal menginformasikan kabar gembira ini kepada penggemarnya melalui akun Instagram pribadi miliknya, @sooyoungchoi.

Sooyoung dan James sendiri telah lama berteman. Dalam beberapa acara, keduanya kedapatan sedang mendukung satu sama lain, seperti ketika James mendukung acara charity yang dilakukan Sooyoung beberapa tahun silam.

James merupakan mantan anggota band Korea Selatan, Royal Pirates yang debut pada tahun 2013. Tetapi ia memutuskan keluar dari grup tahun lalu karena masalah kesehatan.
